Andrew, I've gotten an idea to forward into westward expansion, to finally be able to claim this land thats been fought over for years.
But what if the Native Americans try and deny? If Meriwether Lewis encounters them, they could try and overrule us.
I could contact Meriwether Lewis, organize an expedition. Everything could be settled and we could claim our land. What do you think?
Very well, I can relocate Native American tribes to clear out the land. We must start this soon.
I've got this under control, no worries. The American West is not just wilderness, and it is important for us to help it develop , for it to expand.
and so, Meriwether Lewis was sent by Thomas Jefferson on an expedition towards the Mississippi River. There he would encounter Native Americans Sacajawea and Chief Geronimo.
When he arrived, he met with Sacajawea and Chief Geronimo. There, they argued over whose land it was, and who would later claim the American West.
This land doesn't belong to you!
In the end, the Native Americans were pushed out by the Americans and by Andrew Jackson, who approved of the Indian Removal Act. They were sent to reserves, and the land was then cleared out for the Americans to claim.
