Storyboard Text

  • I'm glad you asked, a sediment is matter. It is broken down with weathering and erosion.
  • My name is Ms. Sedimentary. So I guess I could call you guys the sediments!
  • Let's go on a field trip!
  • What's a sediment?
  • Then why are you a Sedimentary?
  • HELLO, I AM A SEDIMENTARY ROCK. I HAVE A STORY TO TELL YOU, ONE DAY I WAS JUST MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS AND SOME PEOPLE JUST STUCK TO ME. THEY SAID THEY WERE DOING COMPACTION AND CEMENTATION. SEE, THIS BOBBY, HE'S THE WEIRD ONE.
  • My name is, well you'll see soon. I'm sitting on this rock. You're probably thinking that i'm weird but I can feel it. I've been sitting on this Metamorphic rock for a month, I can feel it move. Weathering and Erosion is great! I can just feel the heat and pressure this was put under.
  • I'm Bobby. Hehe.
  • Excuse me, who are you?
  • I was once magma. I could go wherever I wanted. Now, I am an Igneous rock, magma that cooled and hardened, and, ohhh, it's so sad. People come and go and don't even acknowledge me.
  • I know I'm so cool but don't get jealous. I was magma before I was cool.
  • See, this is an igneous rock.
  • LATER THAT YEAR
  • Hey sediments (hehe) remeber that guy sitting on that rock?
  • Man sets a world record for sitting on a rock for a year.
  •
  • I can feel the heat and pressure!
