Storyboard Text

  • Penelope and Odysseus having trouble sleeping 
  • "Here is something the heart inside me is pondering, when I am lone against many, I can lay hands on the shameless suitors."
  • Odysseus' Dream
  • "But I am a god, and through in all I keep watch over you and every will soon be out of your troubles"
  • Penelope's Dream
  • "So I wish that they who have there homes on Olympus would make me vanish, or sweet-haired Artemis strike me, so that I can meet the Odysseus I long for"  
  • Penelope and Odysseus are having trouble sleeping because they are having bad dreams.
  • While Odysseous' talks to Telemachos he talks to Eumaeus, Melanthius and Phileotius
  • Odysseus is worrying how he and Telemachus will conquer the suitors but Athena reassures him
  • The Suitors plan Telemachus's death 
  • Penelope is heartbroken of the loss of her husband and the fact she will have to remarry. She then wakes asking Artemis to kill her.
  • The next day Telemachus Odysseus, Philoetis, Melanthius, and Eumaus. 
  • Eumeaus
  • Melanthius
  • Philoetis
  • Here are the Suitors plotting to kill Telemachus. Then Amphinmous convinces them to call it off. Then a eagle holding a dove flys over which is a sign of things to come.
  • "O friends, this plan of ours to murder Telemachos will not ever be brought to completion"
  • Then they are at dinner the suitors with Odysseus and Telemachos. Wh
  • "Pour wretches, what evil has come on you? Your heads adn faces and the knees underneath you are shrouded in night and darkness... and the walls bleed"
