The witches meet Macbeth and Banquo and are shown their premonitions. They tell Macbeth that he will become King.
Macbeth tells Lady Macbeth of his encounter of the witches and she manipulates him into killing Duncan and for Macbeth to become King. Macbeth then sees floating daggers because of his guilt.
Out damned spot
Macbeth starts to lose his mind and go paranoid. Macbeth has Banquo killed as he thinks that he is going to find out about killing Duncan. Macbeth sees Banquo's ghost at a dinner.
Turn, Hell-hound, turn
Macbeth revisits the three witches and there were three warnings. Macbeth attempts at having Macduff killed but he only manages to kill his family instead of Macduff too.
Lady Macbeth is mad and distraught as the blood she sees on her hands represents the guilt she feels after the role in the murders she played. She can't escape from her guilt and so she kills herself and Macbeth shows no emotions.
Malcolm and Macbeth meet to fight after Malcolm finds out that Macbeth had Duncan and his sons killed. Malcolm wants revenge so he fights Macbeth. Malcolm and Macbeth battle it out for who will be King of Scotland once and for all. Malcom manages to succeed and he kills Macbeth.
