Storyboard Text

  • So hows your business going
  • No, my family were slaves,my siblings were slaves,I am free and i will not be treated like a slave as well
  • Excellent, I will not give up hope for equality no matter how small.
  • Later in life, Barney ford got his barbershop burned down by white supremacists
  • Although I am disappointed and angry I will not let this come in the way of my dream
  • I WILL NOT GIVE UP people of color need me
  • To accomplish my dream move through this, as my ancestors did
  • Determination and hard work have started our drive for rights. Now, I feel we have started something bigger
  • Our fight for equality may never be satisfied but our story will jump generation to generation and new stories along with that.
  • Although we have a rough past the reason we lasted so long is that of our POWER, determination, OUR DRIVE to last, OUR DRIVE to succeed.
