That was when Mt. Bounty started to deny requests. He knew he was being abused by the people he tried to help for all these years, and he thought that if he denied requests more, he would get less of these overall. It was not like that at all.
We demand that you accept our requests at once! If you don’t give them willingly, then we will have to TAKE them from you by force!
It was time. Mt. Bounty had enough of this abuse. The ground started shaking. There had been multiple small explosions in the area where the volcano was. Before the locals knew it, the volcano was erupting. Mt. Bounty exploded with such force that the island started splitting apart into small portions of its former self, and the volcano spewed all of its resources into the sky, which ended up scattered on the small pieces of the main island.
The villagers were able to survive, but were scattered on the small individual islands along with the scattered resources that Mt. Bounty had created. The once single island turned into an archipelago, filled with a bounty of resources throughout each island, creating what we know today, the Philippine Islands!
