In Ancient Egypt Rhapsodies, a beautiful young girl, was enslaved.
Whenever was sad, she would just look at her red ruby slippers (the only artifact she had left from her former childhood and a smile would spread across her face.
One day Rhapsodies was admiring the shoes’ natural beauty when an eagle came and snatched one of the glimmering slippers she was to upset even to cry.
Miles away in an entirely different city the eagle dropped the ruby slipper into the lap of Pharaoh while he was listening to his Vizier tell him the happenings of the day. The Vizier thought the girl to whom the slipper belonged was rich until he found out that it was Rhapsodies. He decided to come to her to see if she if her claim was correct.
When the Vizier told her to prove her claim she simply held up the other slipper. He was astonished. He decided to bring Rhapsodies to Pharaoh which he paid for with a golden bracelet.
Pharaoh and Rhapsodies fell in love almost instantly. They got married and lived happily ever after.
