Stacy was practicing her ballet, waiting for her grandmother to arrive.
Paw paw can you help me?
When Paw-Paw finally arrives Stacey says bows and says hi in Chinese. When Stacey tries to hug the grandmother she pulls away and says "Nice children don't drool on people."
No you can never have my ribbons!
Give me the ribbons! Now!
Stacey starts to think that grandmother doesnt like her at all. All paw paw does is give her attention to Ian.
My ribbons arent the same as yours Paw Paw.
I just don't want you to feel the same pain I did.
Stacey comes up with a plan for getting grandmother to like her. She goes into the living room and ask if paw paw can help fix her ballet ribbons.
When Paw paw sees the ribbons she goes off. She tries to take them them away from Stacey, and almost falls over.
After a while its time for them to go to bed. Of course, Ian demands a story. After reading the story Stacey starts to explain that her ribbons arent the same as the ribbons back in China. They both start to cry and this time when stacy stacey hugs her, she hugs back. THE END!
