Storyboard Text
- In 1587, settlers from England come to Roanoke Island. They build homes and catch fish for food.
- The settlers grow corn. They start to run out of supplies. They ask John White for help.
- John White travels back to England to get supplies. When he returns back to Roanoke Island no one is there. There is no trace of them.
- The Native Americans snuck up on the the people of England and killed them one by one. Some people were killed with bow and arrow.
- The Native Americans killed young boys and girls. The Native Americans destroyed their houses, so that there would be nothing left!
- The Native Americans dumped the dead bodies in the Atlantic Ocean. The bodies probably were eaten by sharks. This is why the people of Roanoke Island disappeared.
