Jack and his game winning homerun.
This is Jack. He is currently on his way to his first baseball practice of the year. Last season Jack barely played and was upset but never practiced with anyone because of fear of looking bad.
After everyone leaves and Jack is alone he decides to take a few swings by himself. Some of his teammates sees him and comes over to talk to Jack. Jack wants to turn away and leave but his teammates don't let him.
Jack is sitting on the side watching his teammates practice and they ask if he wants to join in but he says no.

After last night Jack became a little comfortable and vulnerable to failing because teammates saw him play last night. Jack has a decent practice but knew he could do better. Jack is upset because he wanted to play in the game tomorrow but doesn't think the coach thought he was good enough.
Jacks coach decided to play him because of the progress he saw. Jack hit a game winning home run. After the game Jack realized that it is better to be vulnerable to failing because everyone fails before they succeed.
