Storyboard Text

  • Something informs me that our parting moment is at hand. I know it, but I know not how. Tell me what man that was, with the covered face whom we saw lying dead?
  • Scrooge is a stubborn person. He doesn't like Christmas, doesn't give holiday breaks for his workers, and he is cruel to the poor.  So the Ghost of Christmas came, while he was asleep, to persuade him to change.
  • Since Scrooge is so cruel, the Ghost of Christmas took him on a journey. This was a wake up call for Scrooge. According to the text, ''The spirit stood among the grave, and pointed down to one.''
  • Are these the shadows of the things that will be, or are they shadows of the things that may be only?
  • Scrooge wanted forgiveness from the spirit. He prayed to the spirit, and the spirit believed there was a change in his heart. According to the text,'' Holding up his hand in one last prayer to have his fate reserved, he saw an alteration in  the phanton's hood and dress.
  • I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year. I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Futuure. The spirit of all three will strive within me.
