Do you know if this means we have not met our contracted rates?
I have no idea. The data does look like it is at least 6 months old. It doesn't include all of the metrics we are contracted for.
Shouldn't we be able to better take care of our patients with this data?
It would be nice if we could access to this data on an as needed basis, rather than just at our quarterly meetings.
I agree. It is sometimes hard to make the meetings when I am taking care of my patients.
Team. We have received your feedback on the reports and we have made some adjustments.
* Automated Analytics = Real Time data *Reports can be accessed through provider portal & can be downloaded/printed *All metrics tied to reimbursement will be on new reports.
These updated reports are everything we could imagine. They provide real time data, all the metrics we are held accountable for. They show us how we can do better for our patients and how we can increase our reimbursement rates.
