Storyboard Text

  • "I Can feel my blood run cold, ahh how do I get rid of this "vulture eye of his"'
  • "Who's there?"
  • The narrator is very annoyed, by the filmy eye of the old man which he called “The Vulture Eye”. It made the narrator tense, when the blue-ish, pale eye fell upon him, his blood ran cold, his body shook nervously.
  • The narrator peeked upon the old vulture eyed man for 8 days feeling irritated by the cataract which had spread in the old man’s eye.
  • "Villains dissemble no more! I admit the deed! --tear up the planks! here, here! --It is the beating of his hideous heart!"
  • On the eighth night the narrator came to see the old man again. Like the usual routine he was going to turn his lantern on, when his thumb slipped accidentally upon the tin fastening, which made a little noise, so the old man sprang up! Saying "who's there?".
  • After some time the old man lied down again, there was annoying beating in the narrator's mind, perhaps he was physiological disturbed. The narrator was annoyed to the point that he leaps into the bedroom and drags the old man off the bed and picks up and throws the heavy bed on top of the poor old vulture eyed man, and kills him!
  • A shriek had been heard by a neighbour during the night, the suspicion of foul play had been aroused, there fore the police came to investigate.
  • The narrator warmly welcomed the police men after he had nothing to fear of. He brought chairs for their fatigue. The police was satisfied, the narrator had told the police that the old man was out of town. The narrators thinks that the police have been questioning him full potential. Due to The narrator was guilty, the narrator starting hearing the sound of a heartbeat, the sound grew louder and louder until the narrator confessed.
