- Vendors came to TNB P&SC office to ask for explanation on bulk contract problems and issues
- They assembled and demanded an explanation on bulk contract is not what it seems like or promised by TNB
- Due to bulk contract problems, they had to fork out money to pay for contractual matters like security, insurance etc. and made losses as contracts weren't utilised
