This is Bob and as you can see he is not very active. Due to not being active he is prone to get a lifestyle disease. This can include heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and many more.
Bob has been sitting on his chair and doing working for over 6 hours without a break!

Honey, it’s not healthy for you to be sitting on your desk all day. This is bad for your health.

The doctor Tells Bob to go to the gym or do exercise daily for at least 2 hours and come back after a month to see the results

Bob exercises for 2 hours everyday for a month and even starts to eat healthier to prevent lifestyle diseases.
