  • This is Bob and as you can see he is not very active. Due to not being active he is prone to get a lifestyle disease. This can include heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and many more.
  • Bob has been sitting on his chair and doing working for over 6 hours without a break!

  • Honey, it’s not healthy for you to be sitting on your desk all day. This is bad for your health.

  • The doctor Tells Bob to go to the gym or do exercise daily for at least 2 hours and come back after a month to see the results
