Micheal Pollan Killing The Chickens
Micheal Pollan is working on the farm for the week. his job is to move the hay into stacks. His arms get all cut up and he is very tired. Joel satin comes over and helps Micheal Pollan and they finish quickly.
Micheal Pollan and His Family Eating The Perfect Meal
Micheal Pollan went out and helped Joel and the other farmers at polyface move all of the animals. Joel does this to keep the grass and dirt healthy and also to give the animals a new grazing area.
Micheal Pollan has to kill the chickens. He hesitates at first but then starts to get the hang of it. After the killing then comes the defeathering. After that Micheal Pollan moves onto the washing. It was very disturbing for Micheal Pollan.
Micheal Pollan was given a free chicken and some corn as a payment of his work on polyface farms. So he goes home and gets other ingredients ready that are also beyond organic. He has this meal with his friends. It was a hit at the household.
