Storyboard Text

  • What are we doing again?
  • COME ON! Beat those losers!
  • SLOWPOKES! You can go faster than that!
  • In the beginning, before the game had started, much like a solid, everyone was in a structured formation, nonchalant, waiting for the bell to ring for Capture the Flag to begin. There was not much 'heat,' or tension--not yet.
  • CHEATERS! No fair! This game was rigged!
  • We won fair and square!
  • RING! The game immediately goes on as the initial confusion breaks, the tense atmosphere sort of unfolded , or in a scientific case, melted. When someone from the Blue Team crossed to the other side, Red Team immediately 'took shape' as a group, as if they were atoms in a liquid.
  • So basically, tension was like energy that atoms use. As more energy is added, the atoms move more freely to the point they lose their electrons, or 'calm' in this case (By the way, the Blue Team are sore losers) which is how atoms go through different states: solid liquid, gas, and plasma
  • Capture the Flag has gone into a gas-like state, in the process known as vaporization, or just having more tension by people running about . Players moved freely around the field, yet the game was very tense.
  • Capture the flag has reached it's highest point. Now that a team has been deemed champion, the tension was worse than ever. Everyone was moving fast around, to congratulate but mostly complain. People start losing their inherent cool, or electrons, in a process surprisingly similar to ionization, resulting in big chaos, or in molecular terms, plasma.
