  • I want to talk to you about something. I've been noticing lately that you've been tired lately. Are you getting enough sleep?
  • Honestly, no I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. I've been really stressed out with school work lately.
  • You know how important it is to get enough sleep and take care of yourself, right?
  • Yes I do, I haven't felt this stressed in a while and I just can't go to sleep without knowing I've done all my work.
  • I have an idea for a solution to your stress and lack of sleep. I want to help you and make sure you get better.
  • I would love to hear your idea for a solution to help me with this!
  • Start out by using a planner to mark when you have homework and find out when you have free time to finish homework.
  • I didn't really think about that before, that's a great idea!
  • After that, try to figure out a consistent sleep schedule. For example, write out a time you would like to go to sleep and when you would wake up. Try to keep track of how much sleep you're getting.
  • That sounds like a great plan! I'll make sure to start doing these things.
