The cobbler and Murellus are talking about why they are celebrating Caesars coming. Murellus is talking about how they should not celebrate the coming.
Caesar tells the soothsayer that he is just a dreamer and that nothing is going to happen on the ides of March. (March 15th)
Cassius and Cinna are discussing on how they should get Brutus to help them.
