The Pilgrims are in charge because they left England. They wrote this story in 1620 when the pilgrims all got on a ship and headed for Virginia. The Pilgrims wrote it because they wanted to self govern themselves. They where trying to achieve the lasting economic success. The document let them choose their own government. The document was an agreement among the people for their government. It changes because it was government by the people.
Thomas Paine published a pamphlet call commonsense in 1776. This document encouraged people to fight for independence from Britain. They where trying to accomplish independence from Britain. The document helped set up America becoming independent.
This was passed by the parliament in England in 1689. It expanded the right of the parliament and the people, and limited the powers of the king. They wanted to even out the power. This document affect the British people and the American colonies.
