  • Song starts off abrupt with a woodwind solo seconds after the intro. Flutes and the violins seem like they have the melody for the first 45 seconds. The drums add a nice and steady tempo. Musicians are color coded to match their music section.
  • 2:15-3min
  • The tempo (allegro) gets faster as we get into the minute range of the movement. Brass instruments lead. The rhythm quickens and accelerates. Oboe and trombone make a strong appearance with accents. Melody is shared (violin and flutes have it mostly).
  • 3:00-3:45min
  • In this section there are lots of trills, fast notes, and runs among instruments. Fairly upbeat, fun, and enthusiastic. Wind and string instruments bounce off each other with melody. Flute takes the front lead for a while. Low instruments have harmony.
  • 3:45-4:30min
  • Trumpet gets solo at 2:15 and brass takes melody a little after that. Drums crescendo and get louder. Brass still has melody along with the French horn getting a little melody as well. Cello takes harmony, with the violins and violas sharing harmony as well.
  • Strings keeps a steady tempo while the flutes once again take the melody. Drums come in and fade out. The tempo slows down with a slightly calmer rhythm. Dramatically softens and decrescendos throughout the course of the section. Great dynamics!
  • The triangle and drums comes in shortly. Tempo quickens again and the dynamics get louder and back to a-tempo. Finale begins. Dramatic, fast, exciting notes with many trills. Franticness with drums, flutes, and violins. Excellent heart pounding ending!
