Alumin-to-Creatinine ratio is a test done to determine whether you have albumin in your urine. A normal amount of albumin in your urine is less than 30 mg/g. Anything above 30 mg/g may mean you have kidney disease, even if your GFR number is above 60.

Having albuminuria doesn't necessarily mean that a patient will need treatment. In some cases patients are recommended to lose weight by either exercising or changing to a healthier diet. medication can also be used to treat the symptom.
Following the MDT it was recommended that the patient be given medication to assist in the removal of protein in their urine
