Bullying can hurt you emotionaly and physically but there are ways to prevent it from happening
My rule can hurt you physically and emotionally because first of all, your grades drop and then you can't fight back. In the text it states,”instead of listening to the teacher in school, the people that are getting bullied might be thinking if other people wouldn't want to sit with them at lunch or if they will wanna be my friend”( NoBullying.com). This shows children think about what others think of them which can cause many negative things like risking their own grades to make friends. So, their grades will drop because they wouldn't be able to understand what to do in class. In conclusion, bullying can be hurtful and it can hurt you physically as well as emotionally.
Throughout this storyboard, I stated that bullying can affect you for the rest of your life emotionally and physically but the solutions to prevent this are always there. One thing you can do is say something back to the bully to show that you are not scared. If you do say something, the bully will know that you can stand up for yourself. So, in order to stop getting bullied, you should respond to the bullies to show your confidence to them. Another thing you can do is talk to a teacher or an adult. If you tell an adult, they will talk to the bully privately and can sort all the stuff out between the two. Telling an adult can make a difference as an adult will know how to deal with them and make sure you do not suffer from it again. Keeping it to yourself will only make it worse as it will show the bully you are not doing anything about it which will cause him or her to do it more often. Lastly, if you see someone getting bullied, you should try to stop it by telling an adult or saying something back so that the problem can be solved in a better way.
