The man was walking alongside the ice when we began to get worried that he didn't know where he was going. He had hopes that has friends would come and find him but, he didn't know where he was so how could they. It was getting colder and he was unsure about what to do. He began to get tired and knew he would not be able to last much longer on his own.
It had began to snow. The dog was getting nervous and acting strange. The man was regretting traveling alone in the freezing cold. It was beginning to get dark so he knew he needed to start settling down for the night. He struggled to get a fire started because his hands were so numb but he managed.
Once it was started, he laid down next to the fire and tried to rest for a bit. He was about to fall asleep when he heard something. He wanted to get up to look around but he didn't have the strength to. A few moments later, he heard voices getting closer and closer. His friends from the camp had found him! He went back and never went out alone in the freezing cold again.
