Penelope proposes an archery contest using Odysseus's bow to the suitors with marriage to her as the prize, but when she sees her husband's bow again, she still, after 20 years, takes a moment to grieve.
The suitors try and fail to string the bow. Telemachus orders the men to give Odysseus, disguised as a beggar, the bow, not knowing his identity.
Odysseus is the first to complete the challenge and then reveals his identity to Telemachus.
The suitors discover Odysseus's identity and try to escape, but the doors are locked. They try to fight, but the weapon's have been removed from the wall.
Eurymachus tries to rally the men against Odysseus. Telemachus gathers weapons for his father and they start to take down the suitors.
Athena reveals her presence and Odysseus and Telemachus take down the suitors. Odysseus prepares to see Penelope after 20 years apart.
