I wanna go to sleep but I cant, I ate way too much food and its hard to go to sleep
I am way too tired, I only ran 1 mile and I feel like Im going to die, I need to get more sleep tonight
I'm not going to eat food before going to bed, I could barely sleep last night, I'm going to eat at 6 then go to sleep at 9 so I can let it digest
Wow I feel good! I ran 3 miles and set a PR of 20 minutes! I guess that good sleep gave me a lot of energy
