I know, I'm sorry. Next time I will think before emailing you.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to.
Hey, why did you email me so late last night?
okay, well next time just remember that people are asleep at midnight
Don't start an E-mail with "yo" it is not professional. Don't use slang either. College professors won't accept that.
These are the don'ts of an email.
I'm sorry, I was in a hurry. I know I made the mistake and I'm sorry.
Sure, whats up?
Why didn't you use any punctuation? It just seemed like one big run on sentence.
Hey, we need to talk about the email that you sent me last night.
Hey, I got your email last night! Thank you for bringing that situation up, I will handle it.
Not a problem. I will handle it!
No problem! I didn't know whether I should have called you or not, but I just decided to email you.
Thanks so much!
Agreed, but you'd be surprised with how many people don't.
I just wanted to say thank you for using the correct punctuation in your email last night.
You're welcome. It is something you learn in school, everybody should use punctuation.
Use a professional closing in the email, don't use "alright, later!" Nobody will accept that, the person you sent the email to might not even reply, they might pull you aside and talk to you one on one. Always use Sincerely at the end of an email.
