- This is Xavier. He is a regular man living in a regular city. Xavier is a person of all sorts of traits, he is full of ambition, smart, wise, friendly. Everyone in the community loves Xavier, and he loves everyone in a community. Xavier is walking down the street, admiring and embracing the environment around him.
- It surely is a wonderful day! It is very peaceful and quiet out here, just perfect for a little walk.
- Whilst walking down the street. Xavier encounters a blonde haired man. Who says: "Hey their friend! Wanna try a smoke? It's very healthy. Try it, trust me!" . Xavier, who is quite skeptical about accepting a cigarette. replies: "No thanks! I'll pass on it, thank you for the offer!", and walks off.
- No thanks! I'll pass on it, thank you for the offer!
- Hey their friend! Wanna try a smoke? It's very healthy. Try it, trust me!
- The man ran back, as fast as a cheetah to Xavier. He insisted on xavier trying out the cigarette . Xavier, who felt extremely pressured by the man, replied: "Fine, i'll take it", and grabbed a cigarette. Xavier felt the effects of smoking kick in, and all of a sudden, he became addicted, and could not let go of the cigarette.
- Fine, I'll take one! I'm sure one won't do any harm
- Excellent! Enjoy your cigarette! I told you you'd like them
- Xavier returns to his home and goes back to smoking. Suddenly, his mother barges a room, much to Xavier's surprise. She gets agitated that her son was indulging in harmful activities.
- A man walked up to me and offered me a cigarette! He pressured me to do it! I can't stop myself!
- Xavier! What on earth do you think you are doing! Smoking is dangerous!
- His mother blames peer pressure. Xavier asks" "whats that?" as he is not familiar with the term.
- What's that?
- I see you are a victim of peer pressure!
- The mother explains peer pressure to Xavier, after he realizes what he has done, he vows not to smoke again and promises to be a better person from that time onwards.
- I sure will. Thanks mom!
- Peer pressure is when someone forces you or pressures you to do something bad! I do not want you to become a victim of it. Can you please stop smoking?
