Storyboard Text

  • William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet
  • Oh, Juliet I love you but our two families hold us apart. However we shall get married tomorrow
  • It was only a scratch
  • You cannot kill my best friend
  • In fair Verona...
  • I must go and see her
  • Juliet has died
  • After meeting each other at the capulet party, Romeo and Juliet are deeply in love and plan to get married tomorrow.
  • I must die with Romeo
  • After getting married Romeo goes to tell his best friend Mercutio. However, Tybalt is angry that Romeo went to the party so killed Mercutio. Then in outrage, Romeo chases Tybalt and kills him.
  • It's all my fault, I thought that it would bring peace
  • Romeo is banished for his actions but Friar Lawrence has a plan. He tells Juliet to drink a sleeping potion to make her look dead; when she wakes up she can sneak off to see Romeo. Friar Lawrence sends a letter to Romeo about this but the letter is lost.
  • When Romeo arrives at the tomb he sees Juliet 'dead'. In Upset he drinks poison to kill himself. When Juliet awakes she sees Romeo and stabs herself.
  • Friar Lawrence is the only person who knows the whole story and tells each family where they decide to end their grudge.
