Brown vs. Board of Education (1954)
Why do my children have to go to a different school!
Back in time to the precedent case (Plessy vs. Ferguson)
I hearby declare that the seperation is legal as long as facilities are equal.
We want to challenge the precedent case.
"The facilities are not equal and this is unconstitutional. It violates our 14th amendment."
"Separate but equal has no place in public education."
The supreme court reversed the precedent , making it so schools would not be segregated.
