  • I live in Virginia and I think that representation should be based off of population.
  • I think that each state should have the same amount representation.
  • Hi, I'm Donald J. Trump and there's no need to worry.
  • Under the Constitution, in Article l, both of your plans work in unison with each other.
  • You see, under the Constitution, congress is split into two houses. 
  • There is the House of Representatives, which depending on the states population the amount of representatives they get. Then there is the Senate where each state has two representatives no matter their population.
  • I am actually supposed to be meeting with the senators of Florida and the House representative of Sarasota.
  • Hi, i'm Marco Rubio and I represent Florida in the Senate.
  • I am Rick Scott and I also represent Florida in the Senate.
  • I'm Vern Buchanan and I represent Sarasota in the House, and I over heard your conversation about congress.
  • Congress has split powers for many reasons but one of them is for guard against tyranny. You see since power is split into two groups in Congress, and each group has at least 100 members, no person or group can become to powerful and become a tyrant.
