Yes, it is! You are in Mohenjo-Daro, in the Indus River Valley! We have been a culture since 3300 B.C . And as you can see, the Indus river is very close. Would you like me to show you around?
Is this The Indus River Valley? I Came here to trade, but I'm not sure I'm in the right place.
Our houses are stacked on top of each other, to let air flow through them. The roofs are a great place to hang out when it is hot. The rich have courtyards so that they can cook, play, and get water.
We have a system under the city that carries waste out of town, and out away, using gravity. To shower and keep clean, we pour a bucket of water over ourselves, in our shower room. We like to stay clean.
This is the Great Bath! We believe in the mother goddess, who heals and gives health. And purification, and that is why we have the Great Bath!
We all work hard, even if we are young. We earn or buy things that we then put seals on. We use seals to show possecion over somthing such as suplies, toys, or food.
And here's the traders. We trade flints, wool, toys, beads, and more! Our traders go on long lourneys to trade with other countries. Good luck! Welcome to Mohenjo-Daro, India!
