  • •“My mom. She went to the store…she hasn’t come back yet…and there’s lots of water…”
  • "Hello?"
  • On phone: "Hello. Emergency Urgency speaking. What's the problem?"
  • “ It’s going to be alright. Just breathe and tell me your name and where you are.”
  • “I’m sending help now. Stay on the phone for me. Can you do that hun?”
  • “All you have to do is go to the highest place in your house, keep your front door unlocked, and wait.”
  • •“Yes. What do I do while I wait?”
  • “That’s right. You’re mom is probably fine and you don’t need to worry. Now tell me, where would you live if you could be anywhere in the world…?”
  • “Okay. There’s a lot of people trying toget help, right? I hear a lot of water…”
  • “ I’m here.”
  • "Okay."
  • “Okay.Now come with me and listen carefully. You're going to have to get in a life raft, but make sure you sit in front of me. Understood?”

  • “You got it. I’m glad you found the girl in time.”
  • “Marty I’m going to need directions back to the safe house. ASAP.”
  • “Me too. Now give me the safest route.”
  • "He seems very very determined."

  • Felix: "We should get back to work." *smiles
