We messed up big-time
The pope of this time period's grave was emblazoned with the description of the black death and how it took his life in the courtyard ensemble where all other church leaders laid their heads in the bed of death with the bubonic plague.
The bubonic plague affected trade and commerce, and many feudal leaders passed away from the dangerous outbreak of the plague.
The bubonic plague has struck many people and the result of the feudal leaders passing away was that the commoners gained a voice or say in government or political affairs. This then misleads the proper social structure which starts the breakdown of feudalism, and it concerns that many of the uneducated are gaining power, leading to a society failure.
