  • Exposition
  • I am the king. 
  • The royal Family.
  • Rising Action
  • King walks in the royal family's house. 
  • the treasure hidden to test the kings honesty 
  • Climax
  • Trust has came from Ancient Greece with important meanings behind it. There was a king of the town that was very greedy. People had little trust in him and didn't believe or trust him very often. There was a rich family of honor and honesty. The village trusted them and always enjoyed their presence. 
  • Falling Action 
  • The people from the village.
  • The greedy king visits the wealthy and honorable family. Since the village didn't believe that he was worth being King, the family wanted to test his honesty. Before the King arrived, the family put treasure out in the room the king will be seated in, expecting to see honest results. As the king arrived, the family seated him in the guest room where they placed the treasure. The family decided to leave him alone for a while, acting as if they were going to get something and will return later. 
  • Resolution
  • As they left, the king notices the treasure. He decides to get up slowly, checking to make sure the family wasn't near. He begins walking to it and picks it up. Inside the treasure box, he finds gold, diamonds, etc. He was in shock and didn't know what to do. He takes the treasure, scared, and hides it with him. 
  • Resolution 
  • He begins to try to escape. As he was leaving, the family return and catch him. He returned the treasure embarrassed and shocked. the village gathered around the king and the family. Although the village believed this would happen, they still couldn't accept the fact that their king would have done this. 
  • The king returns the treasure. The village completely lost their trust in their king. They tested their trust in him, and he broke it. They were shown the truth behind the greedy king. This gave an important message to everyone in the village and was a helpful example. 
  • The king was no longer their king and was executed from the village. This taught the village to always be honest and trustworthy. Finally the spark of truth and honesty was led into the people of the village. The village learned to never lie or break trust. They learned that every good things starts and comes from a bad thing.
