  • Fourth of all, you're always wishing you were like other kids. You always have that thought of wanting to belong. It's so hard to love yourself.
  • I wish I could dance in the sun like her... why am I like this? I HATE MYSELF
  • What If I could walk under open skies? What if I didn't forget the lyrics that day? What if I was going to be famous?
  • Fifth of all, you will have a lot of "What If's". So many will come at once and you'll feel overwhelmed
  • I DON'T WANT TO BE A BURDEN TO ANYONE!!!! I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry!
  • Sixth of all, you will feel very needy at times. Many times you will think about yourself as a burden, to your friends, family, etc. You then become scared to lean on other people
  • Seventh of all, you WILL miss out on A LOT of things, parties, concerts, reunions, etc.
  • UGHHH I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M GOING TO MISS SHAWN"S CONCERT! SCREW YOU AGORAPHOBIA!
  • The list goes on and on, as you can see, agoraphobia isn't easy to deal with, next time you see someone having a panic attack, HELP THEM!!! They aren't seeking for attention, they genuinely need help! 
  • I hope that this gives you a better understanding of those struggling with mental illnesses, it's not easy fighting with your own thoughts!
