  • What is Personality Disorder? 
  • Then how Mavis acted is a manifestation of a personality disorder?

  • Hickling & Walcott (2013) posits that a personality disorder can be conceptualized as antisocial personalities which include inadequate personalities or paranoid personality

  • Hickling and Walcott spoke of criminals displaying lack of sympathy, they avoid self-analysis, their behaviour is often irrational, they are socially handicapped, lack self-control, egotistic, and self-centered, very narcissistic.

  • What was also an eye-opener for me and raised awareness was the fact that parenting and the style of parenting has contributed greatly to the crimes committed by these men.
