Look who's going to get crushed at the game tomorrow!
Alyssa Scarce had always hated Kaycie . Alyssa was and upperclassmen who always boasted about her being the best soccer player in the town. Kaycie thought she was a poser on and off the field. Last year, Alyssa injured her ankle because she tripped over Kaycie's soccer bag on the side. Alyssa quickly blamed it on Kaycie and has disliked her ever since. This year Alyssa moved to Charsem High, which was Kaycie's schools rivals.
Since Gardens High is undefeated, they are in the running for the championship against Charsem High. Alyssa will be there in the net, so Kaycie has decided to have extra practice to ensure their win on Friday. This week, Kaycie had to make sure to keep her grades up, and to turn in all of her homework. If she didn't turn her work it she could be intelligible for the game.
The rumors were that talk of the school, and it was all over social media. Alyssa claimed that she was going to beat Gardens High and attack one person. That one person was Kaycie, for Alyssa wanted revenge. The whole school knew that Kaycie was at fault for Alysssa's injury. Kaycie also received a text from Alyssa in the middle of class that read: you're going down!
It was game day and the school was jumping with excitement. The soccer team was dismissed early because they needed to warm up. The game was home so Gardens High had the advantage. Through out the game, the defense and offence were strong causing nobody to score. After halftime , Alyssa was yellow carded for tripping Kaycie. Kaycie responded as she ran to score a goal. The crowd roared with cheers. The final score was 1-0.
The game ended and the Garden High school Girls soccer team had won their first championship since 1993. Alyssa came up to Kaycie and apologized for how she acted last year and earlier in the week. She accepted her apology and they agreed to forget the past and worry about the future. Alyssa also congratulated Kaycie on her goal as it was the only goal of the game.
Kaycie and her team partied all night because of their big win. A banner was put up in the gym that said: 2019 Girls Soccer Champions . Kaycie was announced as the Most Valuable Player of the game, and she got a page in the yearbook recognizing her well played game. Now Alyssa and Kaycie play soccer in collage together and are roommates. They have made up and are now best friends. THE END!
