Raphael was the youngest out of all the artist in the section. HIs painting blended the Classical and Christian styles. He was born around 1483 and died on April 6, 1520, in Rome Italy. Some examples of his work is the The Marriage of the Virgin (Lo Sposalizio), and The School of Athens.
"My painting called The School of Athens is a painting of all the most famous people of the time and time that had come before me. Some examples of these people are Pluto, Aristotle, Socrates, and the Arab philosifer Arroes. This painting represents philosophy also in this painting you can find Michelangelo and Leonadro who I was inspired by." His work is artwork demonstates humanism because it expressed the person/people in the painting who where and are considered special people in their fields, and in a result make him and his works examples of hummaism.

A humanism is/was an intellectual movement that happened in the Italian renaissance and in a result caused a movement of people to change the way people saw life. Before hummainsm they just worried about religion and if they would have a good after life and humminam taught to live in the moment and the humman experience. Rapheal was definatly apart of hummainsm and belevied in it. I say this because through his work you understand the hummaism is apart of it in a way. One example of him portraying hummaim is in is painting The School of Athens by expressed the person/people in the painting who where and are considered special people in their fields.
Michelangelo was born in Mar 06, 1475 and died on Feb 18, 1564 at age 88. He was a many-sided genius and in a result from that became a renaissances man. He was a sculptor, engener, painter, architect, and poet.
One of Michelagnos works was the Sistine Chapel, which he painted on from 1508 and 1512. His work on the Sistine Chapel consisted on multiple paintings that he hand painted just few inches from the celling. His work on the Sistine Chapel was focused on the human experience, not about the after life, and religion. And in a result of he showing hummaism through his work and also him being a Renaissance hows him and his work as an example of hummaism.
Yes, I would say that Michelangelo is a humanist. I say this because through his pieces of art and his sculptures and also his hobbies he shows humanism by showing the humanism experience. And also the way he did his art work and how he did 3D like drawings with perspective and used more colors then people tat came before him like in the medieval times. Ina result of all these things Michelangelo is an example of a humanist and also shows humanism his work.
