  • Take thou this vial, being then in bed, and this distilled liquor drink thou off,
  • Love give me strength, and strength shall help afford. Farewell, dear father
  • Pardon, I beseech you! Henceforward I am ever ruled by you
  • Send for the county. go tell him of this. I'll have this knot knit up tomorrow morning
  • What, dressed and in your clothes, and down again? I must needs to wake you. Lady, Lady, Lady! Alas, Alas! Help, Help! My lady's dead!
  •  Juliet turns to Friar Lawrence for help because he married them so it is his job to solve the problem. He gives Juliet a drink that will make everyone think she is dead, but in 48 hours she will wake up. He will tell Romeo the plan and they will run off together.
  • Juliet goes with the plan and tells Capulet that she will marry Paris. Capulet is ecstatic and pushes the wedding up a day. He tells the nurse to go with her to her room to pick clothes for tomorrow.
  • Before Juliet drinks the potion, she contemplates for a minute. She doesn't want to wake up in a morgue. Eventually, she drinks it and the nurse discovers her in the morning. She is heartbroken and calls the rest of the family in. they turn her wedding into a funeral.
