Now that we know that, we can learn the cell theory. The 3 main ideas of the cell theory are 1, all organisms are composed of cells. 2, the cell is the basic unit of organization. 3, all cells come from pre-existing cells. The two main types of cells are eurokaryote, and prokaryotic.
Now, onto organelles. The role of the Mitochondria in a cell, is to provide energy. In a city, the mitochondria is like electricity. The role of the vacuole is for storage, and in a city the vacuole would be like a water tower. Last, the role of the Nucleus is to contain the information. The city halw would be like the nucleus in a cell.
The cell membrane is a very important part of a cell. The cell membrane chooses what comes in and out of a cell, and is flexible, and has moving parts.
Another amazing part of a cell is the Vesicle. The vesicle's job is to move materials from one place to another. The Concentration Gradient is also important, because it also helps move molecules.
Another way for cells to be transported is through Osmosis or Diffusion. Osmosis is through only water molecules, and Diffusion is through all other molecules.
