Storyboard Text

  • Why do we low class Plebeians have no rights while the Patricians do as they wish?
  • The Rulers GOVT The government of Rome was about as fair as it could be and it was good because look at the condition of them. Citizens were just as we are now.
  • Our Roman Code of Laws is a brilliant way to rule and should be used for generations. I agree.
  • The Rules Obviously the law was good considering that we even took some of it and put it in our constitution.
  • I can only handle so much of these suspicious Jews. I mean they are not praying to our gods and following our religions
  • Beliefs and Religious Ideas The Romans strongly believed that their religion was the best and strongly pushed for everyone to follow it. Although many did accept their religion they still accepted other religions.
  • This shows the Plebeian rioting outside if a court house. Plebeians were low class and did not have many rights but the Patricians were high class and pretty much could do anything.
  • I represent the Centuriate, we elect all of these people.
  • I represent the Senate, we are the advisers and enforcers.
  • I represent the Consuls, we make the laws!
  • This shows how the Romans thought of themselves to have the best religion and thought it should be taught forever. Also had an impact on our constitution.
  • It's a good thing the Romans will allow us to be citizens and allow us to serve the state
  • This shows an angry Roman man after the Romans had taken over the Jews. The Jews did not pray to the Roman gods and did not offer to the Romans. The Romans let the Jews free to be whatever but still thought that they were very suspicious.
  • I Charlemagne and I Constantine the Great need and want to spread our idea of Christianity and show how much of a true impact it can have. We need to open the doors for our religion.
  • This just shows the branches of the Roman Government and what they do.
  • This shows how the Romans accepted everyone to be a part of their empire and allowed them to be a citizen and serve the state.
  • Charlemagne and Constantine the Great were the two rulers who opened up the doors for Christianity to spread and become world renown.
