  • Part 2
  • Months have past since the incident between Reyna and Ahzariys, and it has been tearing up Reyna inside. At first, she tried to believe that it had never happened, that things were the same, but she couldn't shake the uneasy feeling she had when he name is mentioned. Reyna has nightmares about what happened and flashbacks of what she went through all the time. She tries to think about what she could have done to change the outcome of the situation and blames herself for what happened. Her depression was getting worse and worse. She couldn't handle keeping it all in anymore, so one day this happened...
  • Later that day...
  • Hey, mom. Can I talk to you for a minute?
  • Reyna nervously sits down next to her mom, takes a deep breath and begins to tell everything.
  • Reyna agrees to go back to therapy to help her cope with what happened. Ahzariys got away with what he did to Reyna, pretending it never happened. Reyna has a long road ahead of her to recover from all of this. She continues to blame herself for the assault to make it easier on Ahzariys. She has not seen Aliyah in months, not even on her twenty-second birthday, in fear of something happening again. Reyna lives on hoping to eventually forgive Ahzariys for what he has done, but until then she has to live with the aftermath...
  • Of course, honey. What's wrong?
  • Reyna's mother agrees not to do anything about it, however still wants to tell her father when he gets home.
  • I don't want to do anything. I just want to forget about it. please don't do anything about it.
  • Oh, honey. I'm so sorry this happened to you. What do you want to do about it?
  • I'm sorry that you have been dealing with that on your own.Are you sure you don't want to go to the police or confront him?
  • Okay, we won't do anything as long as you agree to start going back to therapy.
  • No, I really just want to let it go. I don't want to ruin things in the family.
  • THE END
