I am reading To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. This Book is Historical fiction. I know that because it talks about the crash (referring to the stock market crash of the 1930's). Please note: This is my second time reading the book in the past week. I thought it was so good I had to read it again.
He is, and he's asleep. Don't wake him up
He in there Mr.Finch?
Go homeJem, take Scout andDill home
I'll tell him you said hey, little ladyLet's get going, boys.
Hey, Mr Cunningham.I go to school with Walter, He's your boy ain't he sir?Tell him hey for me,won't you
This takes place in the in Macomb, Alabama at the jail. The man in the khaki suit is Atticus Finch father of Scout and Jem Finch. He is a very calm and put together lawer. The little girl in overalls is Scout Finch. She is the main character and is thought not lady-like enough by her aunt. The brown-haired next to the poll is Jem Finch. He is Scout's older Brother and likes playing football. The boy next to Jem is Charles (Dill) Baker Harris. He is Very small for his age and is believed to lie a lot.The man Scout calls Mr Cunningham is the father of one of Scout's classmates. He is a hard working man and cares about his family.During this time a group of men is trying to come do something with a man in the jail that Atticus is defending in court. This is related to the conflict because the whole story is about the man in the jail and if they succeed in whatever their mission was Atticus may have not been able to defend him.
