  • Customers receiving incorrect orders can affect the overall customer service performance. Customers do not tolerate getting a wrong order, especially in a restaurant because the customers are hungry, and they would've waited for their dish for quite some time. First thing on a customer's mind coming into a restaurant is the food, some people act differently when they are hungry. This would affect customer retention.
  • The Supervisor got several complaints about the situation, and read reviews about the experience and the problem was starting to happen often. The supervisor took action by applying an activity to help improve their communication and time management skills. They started working with a timer to make sure that the customers receive their order on time, also to number each table and make sure each staff memorize which table is which, to ensure no mixups in the orders.
  • The restaurant gets minimal complaints, or no complaints about the previous problems. They found results by having new regular customers. The employees improved their communiation by working quicly with efficient comminication.
