  • The 14th amendment happened to give all the rights to all Americans .
  • What surprised me was that the 14th Amendment is the longest amendment to the constitution.
  • And it is sometimes referred as to Amendment XIV.
  • To help you understand the 14th amendment let slaves have citizenship.
  • The 14th amendment also states that the US will not pay for any claims for freeing of any slaves.
