- 1.Hello Susie ,We were wondering if a work stoppage qualifies as a strike?
- 2.A strike is not the same as a work stoppage. A work stoppage differs from a strike in that the participants in work stoppage do not make a demand ,instead they just stop working.
- 3.Infact ,tomorrow I will advise all employees that we will be striking in 48hours ,that a notice has been given and accepted by our employer ,and that all workers must be available.
