  • The International Center for the Study of Psychiatry and Psychology (ICSPP) believes that the public, particularly children, should be offered alternative treatments because many patients are not fully educated to the side effects and long dangers of prescribed medications.

  • This part of the PSA will include parallelsim. It will state all the bad effects of overmedication. Overmedication…death… Overmedication…memory loss… Overmedication… impaired movements… Overmedication…. confusion… Overmedication… adverse drug reactions…
  • Is your prescribed drug really medicine, or is it poison?
  • This use of repetition will emphasize to Americans how important it is to stop taking pills for every situation. In this scene, the PSA will have several different people saying "stop popping pills."
  • This will be the call to action near the end of our PSA. It will be shown via text and background music will be incorporated as well.
  • The rhetorical question will be displayed (in text) to finish off the PSA and to leave the audience thinking more about the amount of medication they ingest on a day to day basis.
  • Sources will be credited during the last scene of the PSA.
