Storyboard Text

  • I can't wait for him to see me through glasses...
  • He is so not going to believe his eyes when he puts his glasses on!
  • I'm so happy that I married my true love.
  • These glasses are awful! My eyes deceive me!
  • Nope those glasses are perfectly fine. Turns out I am 82 years old!
  • I used to be a Froissart.
  • My great great grandson is a Froissart.
  • Oh this was SO worth it!
  • After the party was over, we eloped with Talbot and a friend of his who was a priest that wedded us. The next day we went on our journey for our honeymoon, stopping at a small village along the way.
  • And THAT is why I ALWAYS wear spectacles!
  • We stopped at a small inn for some drinks and my new wife reminded me of my promise to wear spectacles. As soon as I put them on, however, I couldn't believe my eyes! My new wife was ancient!
  • As we continued to talk about her age, family lineage came up. Little did I know, we were part of the same family, and that isn't even the worst part! She was my great great grandmother and she knew it! She and Talbot had devised all of this as a ridiculous plan to have a good laugh! And to think all of this wouldn't have happened had I worn spectacles.
  • They explained that she had come over from France looking for me to make me her heir. But when I hadn't been wearing spectacles and supposedly had fallen in love with her, she and Talbot just couldn't help themselves.
  • Talbot also said that we never married because his friend was not an actual priest. However, I did find my future wife because my great great grandmother knew a YOUNG, beautiful woman who was happy to marry a man in spectacles!
