As you can see right now, DreamLight is in its Day Mode!
Why is it called Day Mode?
In Day Mode, bright light therapy function is used. Exposure to bright white light in the morning will reduce the production of melatonin, which helps us stay awake during the day. More importantly, there is no exposure to harmful ultraviolet rays!
As Bryan taps the touch sensor another time...
Another tap and DreamLight has already been switched to its Night Mode!
Wow... AMAZING! So what is this Night Mode for?
Night light therapy function is activated in Night Mode. Red light is used because at night, exposure to red light will increase the melatonin level, which makes us feel drowsy more easily and hence helps in regulating our sleep cycle! Over time, this will increase the time we spend on deep sleep. An improvement in our sleep quality will therefore be expected!
